Rising sophomores to postgraduate students with at least a 2.8 GPA from ethnically underrepresented groups. Employers may create additional requirements, e.g., classification, GPA, major.
The internXL employer partners recruit on a rolling basis. You can post positions for Spring, Summer and Fall cycles.
Most internXL employers will provide a relocation stipend. internX can provide support for students with financial need.
The internXL internship is a paid 6-8-week internship. The employer partners are required to offer mentorship, networking, and stretched assignments. internXL also provides, training opportunities before, during and after the internship.
All students can track the status of their application on the portal. Every applicant will have a personal dashboard that is constantly updated.
internXL provides a Learning Management System (LMS) that helps students prepare for virtual interviews, in-person interviews and panel interviews.
