Accelerated Learning with XL Academy!

With XL Academy, internXL is providing advanced career readiness with soft skill training, technical courses, enrichment resources, and certification courses.

internXL provides an on-ramp to the jobs of the 21st century.

Registration is Free


internXL is FREE for all stakeholders (Students, Employers & Collaborators).

Rising sophomores – postgraduate students with at least a 2.8 GPA from ethnically underrepresented groups. Employers may create additional requirements, e.g., classification, GPA, major.

internXL is available for all students and all majors.

The internXL employer partners recruit on a rolling basis. You can post positions for Spring, Summer and Fall cycles.

Most internXL employers will provide a relocation stipend. internXL can provide support for students with financial need.

Students are encouraged to apply for internships with multiple employers. Most students receive multiple offers. You can accept or decline an offer based on your needs.

The internXL employer partners provide paid 6-8-week internship experiences. The employer partners are required to offer mentorship, networking, and stretched assignments. internXL also provides training opportunities before, during and after the internship.

All students can track the status of their application on the portal. Every applicant will have a personal dashboard that’s constantly updated.

internXL provides a Learning Management System (LMS) that helps students prepare for virtual interviews, in-person interviews and panel interviews.

Be prepared to complete fully and swiftly the application, assessments and any training. Also, any requests for information should be promptly answered. If you decline an offer, please be respectful and let us know so the company can move to another candidate.

internXL scholars are encouraged to engage with the internXL Learning Management System. It will help you prepare for the internship and be successful when you arrive to the job.
